I’ve published leading research on digital product innovation, digital transformation, business strategy, innovation, customer experience, IT, and technology services marketing.
I earned my MBA from Warwick Business School (one of the top business schools in the world) with focus on marketing and international business. I also have a first degree with honors in Computing in Business. I’m based in the USA and work with clients globally. When not traveling, I like to spend time racing cars at local and national Autocross events, or simply going for a hike in the country.
